Here, we check your height weight measurements & few blood tests will be prescribed as needed. These data in combination with the data about your lifestyle will be used to design an exclusive diet for you.

Ingredients Availability Checklist

Since we see clients from different parts of world, Before we start the program, you tell what is available or not from the food list. We then make diet plan around that.

Meal planning

A personalised diet plan is made & sent to you along with our Restaurant Guide, Recipes, Holiday Survival Guide & Diet diary.

Workout Routine

According to your lifestyle & clients/patients level of mobility, we will advise you exercises to be done within home or just walks or gymming as per your choice.

Follow up

You can't achieve the goal you are aiming for overnight, follow up is necessary to continuously work towards achieving your goal. Your follow up appointment will be scheduled every 7days to check your progress towards meeting your nutrition and health goals. Challenges and successes reviewed and plan modified as necessary.

Maintainance

You reach your goal and feel great! Now, it’s all about maintaining and making sure you don’t let your achievement go to waste. You will have learned some good eating habits with us - sensible portion sizes, eating regularly or maybe you’re more aware of nutrients now. But we understand the transition from Eat Right With Rupal to doing it yourself can be a big step, which is why we offer a range of maintenance plans to help you.
